Christopher Göttfert, M.Sc.

AI Product Manager @ Würth · XR & HCI

About Me

Hey, I’m Christopher. I’m an AI Product Manager at Würth Deutschland, responsible for our internal GPT solution: improving the product itself and helping colleagues across the company make it part of their daily work.

Before that I spent three years at Mercedes-Benz AG, where I built mixed reality applications for the digital after-sales and later drove the AI adoption of the division. Originally I come from the XR world, with a Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction from the University of Würzburg.

What interests me most right now: AI that supports everyday tasks, automation, computer vision, and the UX of AI solutions. On the technical side I work with generative AI and machine learning, and I still know my way around Unity, C# and real-time interactive systems. I’m also a certified SAFe 6 Product Owner / Product Manager.

A Little More About Me

During my free time I like to do sports, like soccer or strength training. Since 2024 I’ve also been the deputy head of the football division at TSV Weikersheim, taking care of sponsoring, public relations and digitalisation. And I still enjoy a cold beer while having interesting and insightful conversations.
